September 2015
Atkins Properties completes four new lettings in Oldbury, West Bromwich and Bromsgrove. Enterprise Property Group continues its strong performance with increased profits to June 2015 and starts the new financial year with completing sales at its sites in Cambden, Arbury Road and Milton Road in Cambridge. Craigard Investments completes the sales of investments at the Ailsa Building, Solent Business Park for £1.19m and a warehouse in Burton for £0.7m.

Atkins Properties signs six new lettings at its investments in West Bromwich, Salisbury and Oldbury and completes a £0.3m window replacement programme at its office block in Glasgow.

Atkins Properties completes two lettings at Gregston Trade Park, Oldbury, a new office letting to Wessex Cancer Trust at Beckett House, Salisbury and the sale of Formal Business Park, Camborne to the John Lewis Pension Fund for £4.6m. Craigard acquires a 53,000 ft² warehouse in Gloucester for £2.7m and Ryon Properties concludes the sale of Metro Triangle Industrial Estate, Birmingham for £1.1m.

Atkins Properties sells its office block at Adelphi Court, Epsom for £925,000 and secures a 10 year letting to Timpson’s at Silver Birches, Bromsgrove. Craigard sells its 11,600 ft² office block in Horsham for £4.14m and Enterprise Property Group concludes a string of residential development site purchases in 2014 with the acquisition of a 35 unit housing scheme in Radwinter, Essex.

Atkins Properties completes on the sale of an industrial unit at Colvilles Place, East Kilbride for £225,000 and a new 10 year letting to D&G Autocentres; 3 further lettings at Manaton Court, Exeter and Beckett House, Salisbury; 3 lease renewals at Formal Business Park, Camborne; 2 at Phoenix House, Cardiff and 3 lease extensions at Bath Street, Glasgow. Ryon Properties concludes the sale of two office suites in Fleet Street, Birmingham for £350,000.

Atkins Properties signs 5 industrial lettings at Phoenix Industrial Estate, West Bromwich; Gregston Trade Park, Oldbury and Silver Birches, Bromsgrove and office lettings at Manton Court, Exeter and Beckett House, Salisbury. Craigard completes on the purchase of a 31,000 ft² office and warehouse complex in Cardiff Bay for £1.65m.

Craigard Investments completes the sale of 53,940 ft² warehouse in Chippenham for £2.9m and secures two new investments comprising a 26,000 ft² multi-let industrial estate in Thatcham for £1.85m and a pre-let 21,000 ft² office complex in Petersfield for £1.6m. Enterprise Property Group completes the first closing of its new EPG Fund IV residential development fund, targeting the Cambridge to London corridor and raising over £10m of equity.

Atkins Properties lets 17,000 ft² to Marbel Ltd on 7 year leases at the Formal Business Park in Camborne, a 5 year lease to the NHS Confederation in Phoenix House, Cardiff and secures a 15 year lease renewal with Bookers in Weston-Super-Mare. ECPI secures an 18 year lease to the Flemish Government for 46,000 ft² at its Zavantem Business Park in Brussels.

Atkins Properties has concluded a 15 year lease to Coral Racing Ltd at its investment in Bridge Street, Salisbury. Eurocapital Properties has let a further office suite at Rue de La Loi, Brussels bringing occupation to 70%.

Atkins Properties has let the 9,798 ft² Unit 1 at East Kilbride to Dingbro Ltd on a new 15 year lease.

Atkins Holdings sponsored the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust's 47 runners at the Great South Run in Portsmouth helping to raise over £18,000 for the charity. Charles Marr (the second fastest trust runner), family members Claire and Matt Napoli and William Gregg from Baker Tilly took part for the Atkins team.

Squarestone Brazil sells its 360,000 ft² shopping centre in Sao Paulo to General Shopping Brasil S.A. Atkins Properties concludes three further lettings within its Midlands portfolio in Oldbury, West Bromwich and Bromsgrove industrial estates.

Atkins Properties contracts three lettings at Formal Business Park, Camborne including a 10 year lease to Wessex GS and a 12 year lease renewal to Greenmount Carpets. A further letting was also secured at the Gregston Trade Park in Oldbury. Craigard Investments sells a 22,600 ft² unit at its industrial estate in Burton upon Trent.

Craigard Investments concludes the sale of its Jewsons investment in Andover and acquires a 53,900 ft² warehouse in Chippenham with a new 15 year lease to Meyer Timber. Enterprise Property Group concludes final sales at sites in Castle Street, Parkside and Ditton Walk, Cambridge. Eurocapital Properties concludes further lettings at its investments in Zavantem, Olympiades and Rue de La Loi, Brussels.

Atkins Properties concludes the sale of one 4,850 ft² unit in East Kilbride and secures new lettings at investments in Oldbury, West Bromwich, Exeter and Cardiff.

In Atkins Properties lettings at the new industrial development in East Kilbride and on estates in Bromsgrove and Camborne have been concluded, along with one office suite letting in Cardiff. At Enterprise Property Group, sales at the retirement village in Chester continue with further success in Cambridge on the key development sites. In Brussels, Eurocapital Property concluded further lettings at Rue de La Loi.

Eurocapital Properties secures its first letting in Rue de La Loi, Brussels and Atkins Properties acquires a site opposite its Oldbury Industrial Estate. Atkins Holdings sponsors the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust runners for the Great South Run. Charles Marr (AHL FD), Atkins family members - Caroline Micklethwaite, John Micklethwaite and Matt Napoli, along with Gary Heath at the Clydesdale Bank participate within a field of some 23,000, helping to raise over £23,000 for the Trust.

Craigard Investments has signed a lease with Regus for 10,000 ft² of office space in Horsham and ECPI has signed two leases totalling 16,000 ft² for its office investment at Leopold III in Brussels. Atkins Properties also participates in the Squarestone Brazil Plc listing on AIM for its key shopping centre opportunities in the country.
