Keith became a Non-Executive Director of Atkins Properties in 1999 and Group Chairman in 2003. He is a Chartered Surveyor, was previously Property Director at W.H. Smith Plc and has a number of other directorships.
Became Group Chief Executive in 2004 having joined the company in 1983 from Shell International plc. He has been instrumental in developing the business model with the Direct and Indirect Portfolios and has 15 years’ experience in setting up joint venture vehicles. He is Chairman of the Squarestone Central London Partnership Investment Committee and the Enterprise Property Group residential business.
A Director of Atkins Properties since 1998, he joined the Group in 1991. He previously worked at Merchant Navy Pension Fund and Surrey County Council and is a Chartered Surveyor with responsibility for the asset management of the Direct Portfolio.
Charles became Group Finance Director in 2005 having joined the company in 2003 from Goldshield plc. He is a Chartered Accountant and has previous experience in the property industry, working for Artisan Plc and Galliford Try Plc. |
