Properties Required
We continue to seek new investment opportunities for our direct
portfolio in lot sizes of £1m to £2.5m.
Standing investments, refurbishments, empty buildings and developing
sites will be considered. The ability to produce a rental income stream on
total costs of at least 7.5% per annum when fully let is a key performance
criteria.
All sectors will be considered, including multi-use occupation, with a
bias towards industrials and offices. |
