Over the last 15 years a significant network of specialist property
promoters has been built up resulting in 45 investment vehicle
transactions with 15 groups. These structures include SPV’s, syndicates,
Funds, unit trusts, LLP’s, PLC’s and REITs. Our involvement is with
‘best of breed’ operations who mostly specialise in particular locations,
types and sectors of the property market. These interests cover the UK,
Europe and also the USA and currently contain over £6.0bn of gross assets.
